When do I get paid?+
For CrewTank network workers, payroll is every Friday by direct deposit or paycard for hours worked the prior Monday through Sunday. For converted crews, the pay schedule follows the applicable contractor's confirmed payroll cycle. Your hours are recorded and reviewed for accuracy. All hours worked must be reported and paid, including when a time entry requires correction. Taxes are withheld — you get a real pay stub and a W-2 at the end of the year.
What happens if my job ends?+
When your assignment ends, you may be offered other available assignments through the CrewTank network. You choose which assignments you accept. Future assignments and timing are not guaranteed.
Will I know the hours and location before I show up?+
Yes. Pay rate, schedule, jobsite location and how long the work is expected to last are on the assignment before you accept it.
Does the app use facial verification or track my location?+
Facial verification is optional and requires your affirmative consent. Location consent is collected separately. If you decline facial verification, you can record your time another way. The app does not continuously track your location. All compensable hours must be recorded and paid.
Do I have to pay anything to join?+
Never. CrewTank is paid by the contractor. There are no fees to workers for applying, onboarding or being placed.
What if I want to stay with one contractor?+
That's fine. If a contractor keeps requesting you, you keep working there. If their work slows down, you may be offered other assignments, and you choose which ones to accept.
