New hire packet 2026
Do the whole packet in the CrewTank app — it saves as you go, lets you upload your documents and certifications, and hands everything to payroll. You also complete the federal I-9 and W-4 plus the withholding form for the state you'll work in.

The app walks you through general information, direct deposit, emergency contact, your government forms, optional facial verification consent, separate location consent and your signature. Facial verification is optional; if you decline, you can record your time another way. The app does not continuously track your location. Nothing to print, nothing to email — and you can stop and come back where you left off.

Have these ready
Before you start
- —Your Social Security Number and date of birth.
- —Documents for Form I-9 — you choose which acceptable documents to present from the official Form I-9 list.
- —Your trade certifications or cards, if you have them.
- —Bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit, or ask hr@crewtank.app about a paycard.
- —The name of the state you'll be working in.
